At Fredricks Importing, we have nearly two decades experience in rebuilding and refurbishing Yanmar tractors. Over the years, we have developed a massive catalog of parts and experience that allow us to supply you with a high quality product.

OUR PROCESS

In the beginning, refurbishment was limited to minimal functional repairs, like replacing seats and batteries, and tuning up and cleaning engines. As we continued to refurbish tractors and take the process further, we also developed an aftermarket parts supply and inventory. Where parts were previously unavailable or in very limited supply, we now had a supply chain large enough to allow us to complete extensive repairs and refurbishments. This was the beginning of the Fredricks Difference.

Now, our Yanmars routinely receive:

We take all sheet metal components down to the bare metal and repair imperfections. Then, we give it a fresh coat of Yanmar Red.

We have a catalog of over three thousand parts available in our warehouse, with more being developed and produced every year. All components are designed to match the original OEM specifications as closely as possible.

2310 - Before

Here's an example of a 2310 before rebuild. The tractor is not in terrible shape, but it could definitely use some attention.

2310 - After

Here's the 2310 after rebuild. The are are dramatic differences. We are often asked if our tractors are brand new.

2310 - Engine Compartment - Before

Here, we see the engine compartment prior to rebuild. This is the tractor in its original, received state.

Here is the engine compartment after rebuild. The engine has been thoroughly repaired and all soft goods and materials have been replaced.

2610 - Before

This is an excellent example of the average quality of the tractor before we rebuild it. The tractor is in poor condition. Like the 2310, there are no safety features installed and the paint is badly faded. The engine is also, at this point, in non-working order.

Here is the same tractor, post-rebuild. The quality is in the details. Not only have we completely rebuilt the tractor, we've also added a full safety package and fresh paint.
